Whitefish Pottery is known for their full line of functional stoneware pottery, handmade on the wheel. This year will mark their 16th year in business! The downtown retail store features the Whitefish Pottery line as well as one-of-a-kind pieces by the artists who work in the studio. It also features pieces by potters from across the Flathead Valley and the state of Montana. In addition to pottery, they also carry many other art and gift items, including Heather's Candles, Carol Hagen and Roy Hughes prints, Photography by Pete Ramberg and David Bennett, notecards, soaps and Huckleberry Haven delights.

The Stillwater Gallery (located within Whitefish Pottery) hosts both regional and national artists in rotating shows.

Want to take a tour? Take a beautiful drive to the studio, located just five miles west of Whitefish to see the artists at work. While there you can tour the Anagama, one of the largest wood-firing kilns in Montana. For more information and photos, check out their website- www.whitefishpottery.com

Whitefish Pottery/Stillwater Gallery is located at 240 Central Avenue in downtown Whitefish. Tours are available at our working studios west of Whitefish. Take Highway 93 North(actually heading west) five miles from Whitefish, turn left on Twin Bridges Road, (Tally Lake turn-off), three-quarters of a mile to entrance to pottery on left.
