The display case of the chocolatier's signature creations dominates the welcoming, high ceilinged shop at the south end of Central Avenue. Not limited to her cacao based creations, Susan Schnee and her exceptional pastry chef, baker and staff craft apfelstudel, croissants, pain au chocolat, granola, organic soups, and heavenly hot chocolate. Gelato, sipping chocolate, Big Dipper ice cream, and espresso add to the delights for the senses at this cozy stop. We have cookbooks, kitchenware and Montana gifts. We also offer WiFi, and downstairs you can visit our classic used book store, Voyageur Booksellers, and our refined consignment shop for wonan's clothing, Copperleaf Consignment.
