Cooper's is an upscale, casual restaurant and lounge that has quickly become a favorite gathering place for locals, seasonal visitors, and tourists alike. The menu is a delightful blend of traditional European favorites with local Montana- inspired fare.

We specialize in Authenic German fare such as Schnitzel and Spaetzle as well as traditional Montana-made dishes including stuffed rainbow trout or in-house cold smoked grilled salmon. Our atmosphere is astonishing and comes with the comfort of warm faux-painted walls, a brick fireplace, a gorgeous antiqued rod iron wine cabinet, open views of the patio and a charming staff.

Our "Tour of Europe" dishes include Hungarian Goulash, Beef Stroganoff, and a variety of
Schnitzel all served in the European tradition with a fresh seasonal salad trio and hand-made spaetzle. If you prefer to explore more locally- inspired cuisine, our Montana Hearth offers assorted wild game stews, and dishes inspired by our mountain anglers such as Cold Smoked Grilled Salmon or Stuffed Rainbow Trout.

Cooper's also specializes in capturing the culinary spirit of Montana's four glorious seasons. You can expect excellent seasonal food and drink specially designed to tempt your palate and broaden your culinary hoizons.
